We're offering incentives
Paid Time Off: Accrue up to 40 hours per calendar year
Paid Holidays: Independence Day & Christmas Day — 8 hours straight-time pay each
Jury Duty Pay: Full shift at your regular hourly rate (plus applicable incentives) while serving
Retention Bonus: $1.00/hr ST & $1.50/hr OT on all hours worked — paid out at Reduction of Force
Experience Incentive: $1.00/hr ST & $1.50/hr OT after 12 months of Bechtel service, paid each pay period
Skills Incentive: $1.00/hr for Foremen & General Foremen who pass written NCCER certification — increases to $2.00/hr for passing both written AND performance assessments
Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $2,000/year for construction-related training & NCCER exams — available after 6 months of continuous Bechtel service with prior approval
Career Development: Access to apprenticeship and upskilling programs through BCS
